Based on Andre's foundation I've added the debian rootfs and uploaded the image to my dropbox account.
Unfortunately I was unable to test it by myself since my dev board didn't arrive so far.
Please report any success/failure.

The debian image works, but it is very, very rough at this time:
  • ttyS0 is the only interface to the outside at this time: -> no USB, no Ethernet, no WiFi
  • you need to manually intercept to boot sequence: -> no automated boot
