[edit 4 July] DHL upgrades are available again. NB, at this point we suggest that if you are in Canada and UK, as well as a handful of other destinations not listed in 1 July update, you upgrade to DHL shipment.

Can't afford to pay another 15 just for delivery to arrive when I already have payed 15. Just a bit dumb. Who in their right mind spends 30 USD on delivery cost for a mobile phone that is practically a dev kit and continues to ship with known hardware issues? I already payed up enough.

It is getting quite annoying at this point. I missed the first DHL upgrade (which was obviously my bad). But I am trying to upgrade now, and the system does not allow me ("There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help."), even though I am quite certain that DHL operates in my town right now (Kurgan, Russia). So I cannot upgrade, and there is no time scale for Ascendia shipping to Russia. Absolutely perfect.

Welcome to the club, dude.
Let's wait another day or two. Maybe @Luke will give us some good news on Monday.

Moreover there is no turning back as sales ignoring my attempts to cancel order for a week. The customer relationships here is like in some kind of local internet provider in the ass of Russia.

Just open a dispute in Paypal, maybe this would get their attention. If they keep ignoring you after that, you can escalate your dispute to a claim.

Just got an email saying if I don't upgrade, my order will be cancelled and it didn't mention anything about refund. This is practically extortion. Will be starting a paypal claim if I don't receive product or money and whichever way it goes, I know this is the worst company I have dealt with literally ever. Make me wait 3 months and then say I am not getting my stuff if I don't pay even more on what I already payed for shipping and no mention of refund. PINE64 is a scam and ISPs like virgin media who have terrible support teams and random crashes for hours are better than this company. Wasting my time and money.

Just got shipping confirmation. Excited to finally get to mess around with this thing! Thanks for the updates throughout this whole ordeal, worldwide pandemics can really throw a wrench in things, ey?

Got the same email. Someone better explain what the hell is going on here.
