While it takes a bit of time for the phone to wake up (~5/7 seconds), calls successfully go through even with deep sleep. That's awesome!

Can we get the audio 'over-drive' function in a future update ?

( I really appreciate that on my laptop OS,  it can bring the sound up to a decent level for some of us with less than great hearing.)

I can understand if that   'may not be a high priority',     but I am 'just asking'.....

Often times we must use our phone in noisy surroundings.

Love the system so far THANK-YOU

I am looking forward to the Pinebook Pro and the Pinetab version releases.

So all my Pine Products will have the same operating systems   !     Big Grin

What are the plans for Mobian "convergence"? I know it's early still, but I'd love to see this someday. Thanks for all you do!

Just today the text app is acting strange !  ?

The newest incoming texts are on the main screen,

but when I open any individual text,     the newest messages are from last week ?

Can't talk for Mobian, but seems like PostmarketOS "got it", so might not be that far in the future? Smile

Such exciting times!

USB-C CC pin hardware bug - the hope is that boards >v1.2 will have this corrected.

RE: Announcing the Mobian project - Dmytro - 06-21-2020

I just have tried Mobian on CE PP. It looks great. My respect to the team. From my perspective it is even more user friendly than UBPorts shipped with PP.
But, ...
it is hell unfriendly for developers. Sad I've filled a critical bug preventing Mobian from booting. And there are tons of other annoying details. Is core team interested in extra developers? Or it is kinda face control? %) I just wanted to check Matrix client on the platform and it took me two days! Why would I want to continue with Mobian if the same task takes two hours on PMOS?

RE: Announcing the Mobian project - a-wai - 06-21-2020

@Dmytro of course we're interested in extra developers!
Anyone can already file issues and submit MRs on gitlab, register and edit our wiki, and join our public Matrix channel. Joining the "core" team is generally as simple as chatting a bit with us and requesting developers rights on the repos, but if you feel like we should do more/different, please tell us what would be better in your opinion.
