I also recieved my shipping confirmation this morning.
The information was from some track17 or such and telling me, the device was shipped.
So i checked the detail link from the swiss post. The device was now over 10 days at geneve and waiting for me. The swiss post told me, they would have contacted me. They did not. And now the device goes back. It is not shipped because the sales team wrote "SWAZILAND" instead of "SWITZERLAND". The postalcode, city, street etc. was correct, also the phone number, but the swiss post gave a shit about and did not contact me nor did they try to send it.
I give up now and wait for the final edition. Or go with another android phone with LineageOS. I'm just pissed.

Looks like my shipment was retained by customs as I see the following event in my 17track:
2020-03-31 10:15 Frankfurt, overseas import customs retained pending inspection
Anyone else getting the same? Haven't heard back from customs so far.

Mine is just saying

But this more or less means the same. It's sitting somewhere with customs.

I think thats not bad. Had the same. Since DHL don't track these parcels, they just deliver them without information. That was what happened here. Watch out for your parcelbox or whereever you managed delivery these days.

Well, I have another Pine64 order open and that one looks imho better so far:

Therefore, I am rather concerned about the Pinephone shipment. But let's see and wait.

My shipment came via Switzerland and DHL. Now, It's kept at the local customs in my home town (Duesseldorf). I will go there tomorrow and hope to end a long story :-)

Hi Sven, today i was at my local customs (Duesseldorf too). My pinephone is back on it's way to china. The lack of CE marking is criticized.

That's a pity. I didn't make it on Friday, so I will try on Monday (needed a time slot due to corona crisis). @Bullet64 : Did the customs guy read the letter from Pine64 that explains the development status etc.?
