Sweden. Got a message the morning after I picked up my package asking for payment. 724 SEK (599 VAT, 125 payment deferment risk) which is about €68.

All in all, I ended up paying around €295 in total which is just about what I expected when I ordered. That's including the adapter.

This includes HST + brokerage/handling fees.
