Same situation here, except my PBP was stuck in Leipzig for a week because "they didn't believe I bought a laptop for only 200$" and wanted some proof.

France:

€ 43 of taxes,
€ 17.50 DHL fees.

It is normal to pay taxes, on the other hand, 17.50 € of DHL fees, it's too much!

Everything is computerized, I don't see why we pay additional fees to DHL, there is no additional handling! Even in the event that they open the package, it is not worth € 17.50 to check the goods!

pine64.org should consider offering delivery with another carrier. Maybe see with Aliexpress? Large companies always have advantageous contracts with carriers.

This is very surprising considering we are outside EU and we always pay a lot of tax and tariffs on imported goods...

Maybe I just had a huge luck...

I can confirm this for Switzerland.

What a pleasant surprise Smile

And keep in mind you already paid $39 for shipment through DHL, so why the additional cost ?
