The linked repo provides only the patched 4.4.209 kernel source.
Note, in https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=7830&pid=55868#pid55868 @kalpazanius already pointed out that we don't always get the source code for every mrfixitit release, anymore.

Just started today's Mr Fixit update. It has got as far as "Fixing firefox sound..." and "Adding bluetooth packages to fix issues...:
But progress seems to be stuck there for a long time. Only Terminal is running - no other user programs
The green power LED still blinks off occasionally so its not actually frozen is it?
Anyone else got this hanging problem?
Update: gave it a good bit longer and then tried hitting the enter key. After a short while it completed the update, recommended a reboot and closed the window.
Rebooted, bluetooth mouse still worked.
Added an Anker soundcore headphone which appeared to connect as "audio sink" but now the headphone is showing disconnected and the mouse stopped working.
It took a reboot to get the mouse back but headphone still not reconnected and bluetooth manager from control center and "devices" from bluetooth icon do nothing :-(
