Yes, all the power adapters can run on any line voltage. There also is a AU plug available with this one: https://store.pine64.org/?product=rock64-5v-3a-international-power-supply-with-au-eu-uk-us-plug

Just double checking your post out of pure cautiousness, are you saying that the power supply you've linked will work with the Pinebook Pro (it seems like it should given it's fine for the Pinebook and they seem to have the same set up from a battery/power perspective)?
I live in Australia and I've been fortunate enough to get into the first batch of 100. I've ordered with the US power supply but will buy one of these now, so I don't have to deal with travel adapters.

Yes, the Pinebook, Rock64, and Pinebook Pro all use the same 5V 3A power supply.

Is there a reason the CPU is clocked at 1.8 instead of 2.0 GHz? According to Rockchip, the chip can be clocked up to 2.0 GHz.
I found a thread on this forum about overclocking, but will we able to change the clock speed without recompiling the kernel?

The chip is only passively cooled -- with the case acting as heat sink, so consider how hot you want the thing in your lap. And slower clock also uses less power, so you get a longer battery life. It may be possible to undervolt it, but I don't know how you might go about doing that.

The clock speed is dynamic, so it would be interested to have the chip running at max power for short bursts, e.g. when firing up applications to feel a little more snappy. For long periods this is indeed not what you want.

I also do some light to moderate programming. I have a small Penguinized Chromebook with 4GB of RAM and I'm not sure if I've ver seen it go past 2.5 gigs of usage.

Personally I do view 4GB as a compromise. It's low enough that I expect to feel the lack of RAM from time to time and may have to tune things a little more than usual.
That's said it's a compromise I'm very happy to make since it is a compromise based on the fact that, while the RK3399 is a terrific chip for products like this, unfortunately it isn't capable of talking to more than 4GB of RAM. There's simply not enough choice of chips in this space (and price point) to build something without compromise somewhere.

It may be a compromise, but I have found that it has worked good for me.
I have upgraded to 4gb on the machines I have that can be upgraded, but I have not ever found that limiting for me, personally.
The newer solid state drives have been the biggest game changer "for me."
( I understand some people need more, some for real needs, some for bragging rights. )
