Yes sir. Screen flicker got fixed with that but not the noise on screen. (random pixels flickering) If the older batches didn't have these problems then it might be that the displays have some sort of issue. Either with filtering on the power lines or signal.

No. I doubt there is anything that can be done and it doesn't really bother me that much.

I did contact support and they offered to replace it (YMMV), but I'm with you, it doesn't bother me much.
