Ordered the 14" on June 2nd, it arrived today (4th of August). Had to pay 40 euros of customs for The Netherlands. (which includes 15 euros of "administration costs")
Came partially charged and pre-installed with Ubuntu Mate.

I placed my order on 13th July and paid the same day. So far I only have a single email titled "Your PINE64 order receipt from July 13, 2017" that I received on 13th July (same payment day) with my order number. No further email or information provided afterwards.
That's why I am little bit worry.
May I ask how was the overall procedure for you? Like how may notification you received and what was the process?
Honestly speaking I am not quite clear about the process and having some clarity based on people's experience can help a lot others as well as Pine64 team to fine tune-their process.

Mine came yesterday. Generally impressed but the keyboard is pretty bad. Space bar only works if you hit it right in the middle, left shift and left alt are only usable with a lot of force. Anyone figured out any hacks?

I opened it up to add the 64gb emmc and everything looked like it was in place at a glance... anything specific to check?

I bought the 64 gb emmc too! And I opened but I didnt chec kthe keyboard. I recommend to insert a ticket with the pine support's guy.

Ordered the 14"&payed on June 2nd, it arrived today (4th of August). Didn't hear anything between ordering and the customs invoice. Got the track&trace after it cleared customs. So the first thing I got after the payment confirm email was the text from DHL to pay up. As I payed in the evening, I got the Pinebook 2 days later.
