Dear Sir or Madam,

today I received two times the same shipping from you, and in my
banking I see three times the same amount of 79.93 USD/ 81,65€ been
deducted from you, all on 2022-10-19.

Additionally I see one refound from you of 75.93 EUR from 2022-10-20.


For the two packages I also had to pay customs, 13.59 EUR for each.

As I already explaind in my last emails and also in [1], I wanted to
order only once the package. Your website did react as if there was an
error in ordering: After I filled in the payment details and clicked to
"Checkout", it did say "Bad Gateway" and did not proceed to any
confirmation. This clearly gives me the feedback that there was an
error, and this is why I tried again.

If the orders did make it through nevertheless it is not my fault but a
fault on your side (you are responsible for your online shop and all
behaviours of it).

Later I received two order confirmation emails from you (Order #257150
and Order #257156), not three, but you deducted three times the amount
from my bank account.

Hereby I demand that you refund me 83.93 USD + 13.59 EUR:

* 79.93 USD for the third payment you charged me,
*  4.00 USD for the difference between the refound and the second
  payment you charged me,
* 13.59 EUR for the customs I had to pay because of the unwanted double
  posting from your side.

I am willing to send back the double posting to you at your cost, give
me a free DHL return voucher then.

Since the double orders only did happen because of a problem with your
webshop, I have the right to full refund, not to a deducted refund.


Please do the refunds until Monday, 2022-11-07. If not done until then,
I will issue a chargeback via my bank.
