Hello all,

I apologise if this is not the correct forum for this, but I was wondering if it will be possible to include some functionality (perhaps via usb-c) to use the Pinetab as a secondary monitor?  I find myself wishing that I had a portable monitor with my work laptop and this would be a nice opportunity to have a useful machine with me too.

Thanks!
Actually, this would be really handy...

A quick search turned up some possible software solutions.

First bunch are virtual KVM switches:

Synergy (software KVM switch)

Barrier (Fork of Synergy)

A little more searching turned up

VirtualMonitor (Use a phone or tablet as additional display device)

These next might work if you load Android on the PineTab

Splashtop Wired XDisplay

Yes but this is just a monitor. My hope was that the ability to use the Pinetab as a secondary monitor could be included so that it can have more uses day to day.
The basic idea and demonstration is here, by as Linus states, when really really thin, it becomes viable as a second screen you can easily carry around.
