No it's not rooted. I'm sure it's possible, maybe someone else knows how. IMHO, it's probably not worth rooting in its current state at least til there's a stable release.

Everything looks better on RemixOS, the resolution is bigger..
I'm using Android for now, since the release of rooted version.
Please, root remixOS so I can stick with it!

I have seen a few attempts at rooting the RemixOS image - to my knowledge, none of them worked. That's not to say that it is impossible - just that I haven't seen a successful attempt yet

Looking around I've found a few ways to do it with the x86 version by replacing a file. I haven't been able to turn much up on any arm versions however.
