Hello!
Today I received my RockPro64 board, and, of course, first thing I did was to power it with 24V power supply, heard a little pop, and it's dead.
Dead part appears to be SY8113B regulator,I found this part in Chinese supplier listings, but that would delay my project for at least 2 more weeks.
Perhaps any of you know about any compatible alternatives that are available in Europe, preferably from farnell?

Thank You,
N.Gray
This product is designed for use at 12V.
Why did you input 24V ?
The 24V input exceeds the SY8113B absolute maximum rating.
If you do such a thing, it is natural to break.
---
If only the broken part is SY8113,
You should think that it was lucky.
I could find a few parts that could be used as replacements, but they all had wrong pinout.
Also, I looked at the board again, few moments ago and noticed that fried part powers USB rail, removed it and board boots just fine and I don't really have a need for USB atm anyway, so it's ok.
I doubt that I will bother ordering replacement parts anyway and if I'll ever have a need for an USB then I'll just tap into it's power rail and power it externally.
