Since the beginning of 2018, individuals in Russia don't need to get FSB certification to order "cryptographic devices" (including laptops). Are there any plans to start delivering Pinebooks to Russia again?

For shipment that able to deliver using Post/EMS route, such as non battery operated or small battery (PineTime and PinePhone), deliver to Russia is possible.
For shipment that need to use carrier service such as DHL, such as Pinebook and PineTab, deliver to Russia carry risk of rejected at custom level and the return shipment cost is hell of expensive. We are not willing to take such risk.

I want to buy PinePhone, are there payment options other than PayPal ?
