I want to start to buy my RockPro64 components to start a project.
But i've noticed that Pine64s LCD touch screen has a note which says:"Only stock Android OS build for this LCD panel available for ROCKPro64 board"

But then i saw this which looks to me there is Linux support for this LCD:

So I'm asking maybe this note on the manufacturers LCD touch screen site has become obsolete?
Can somebody confirm?
I'd prefer Linux + GUI over Android, but when there's no chance i have to deal with Android on some kind.
A 5" LCD touch screen would be enough, but i haven't seen any other type on Pine64s store, so i have to deal with 7"
