Yep that's the conflict I am worried about. I would like the eMMC upgrade and an ANSI keyboard. However, the eMMC upgrade is only available from the first batch which will be ISO keyboard. Why not offer the eMMC upgrade from the first batch of ANSI as well? I am aware we will need to wait longer and that's fine with me.
Which sizes of m.2 modules can the Pinebook Pro accommodate?

Sorry, I don't have an answer. Purely speculating, perhaps it will be available with an ANSI keyboard and the eMMC upgrade for an additional cost, or the eMMC upgrade might be standard by the time the ANSI version comes out.
+1 for EMMC upgrade for ANSI batches. A bit disappointed to hear I'll have to choose between the upgrade & ANSI
Is there a limit on the number of pinebook pros which we can pre-order (including the free eMMC upgrade)?
I'm going to order from the first batch. I can't wait to move away from Wintel and have a machine to protect my privacy.
Once ANSI is available, I'll order again and donate the first machine to some good cause.
Once you can boot from M.2, I'm not bothered with eMMC.
But I understand when people have a different opinion on that.

Excellent, thank you. Would you be able to confirm the approximate height (thickness) limitation for the m.2 module?
