Just registered. Pinebook Pro looks like a really good deal.
I did the BTO queue a year ago for the Pinebook 14, but never heard back.  But the thought of a Pinebook Pro makes me forget all about that
I have a pinebook, and it's a fun thing. I've played with OSes on it. But my daily drivers are at end of life, and as soon as the Pinebook Pro can be ordered I'm going in.

Probably using manjaro.
Waiting for an announcement as well. Saw and held it at fosdem. Can't wait, hope we can pre order this year. Just an awesome package.
Yep, looking forward to this as well. Hope the order system will be smooth, so that I will be certain one is coming or not. Interested in the tablet and the pro.
yay, really looking forward to this.

I'm gonna guess that if manjaro is supported archARM might be aswell, which would be nice
Here's to hoping that the Pinebook Pro will have different keyboard layouts for different regions!

Or, maybe even not have the keys labeled at all (blank keyboard), being a "Pro" product Wink

A peek (not a review) at the Amlogic S922X SoC (4x Cortex-A73, 2x Cortex A-53, Mali-G52) in an Android TV box at ETA PRIME's YouTube channel. It comes out a bit faster than the RK3399, with nearly the same single core performance, but not by much.

Looks like Hardkernel did choose it : https://forum.odroid.com/viewtopic.php?t=33781

S922X is a media box chip, lacking eDP port connection for notebook LCD panel.

Lukasz will receive an ISO type keyboard arrangement on Pinebook Pro soon. Once he tested and giving a thumbs up, we may consider using this new keyboard layout.
