The last two posts I did were hijacked by idiots who wanted to know how real my cards were. I'm going to try this again.

How will I know if the board is working? Right now I have just power, HDMI and a mouse. I just put the 32GB card (NOT A FAKE SO DON'T BOTHER ME WITH THAT) in that is loaded with Android 20160216. The only thing I'm getting is a black screen for the last 5 minutes. It turns on for 15 seconds and then the light on the monitor light flashes.

I had problems installing Android too, on the 2gb pine64. Try using One of the Longsleep Images. I had most success with them.

Assuming you have now verified also sufficient power you eighter can use the UART mentioned by longsleep or you use one of his images to boot, cause they at least indicate by ethernet LED and may be accessible via ssh/ping….

Please keep in mind to use direct HDMI and only a 100Mbit port, there have been reports about problems... [emoji3]

Hi Samantha, it's me the idiot again. To save others from wasting time with your inappropriate 'problem' descriptions. Before you only had VGA and DVI, now you're talking about HDMI. Did you bought a new display in the meantime?

Downloading longsleep Ubuntu. Should the LAN be plugged in on the first go?

LAN on longsleeps images is no problem for bootup. Be sure to use the latest version (April 15th IIRC)...
