Well, I'm looking info to make a pkgsrc build machine on my sun fire x4140 2 xeon quadcore, 8 gb ram and raid 10 sas under ubuntu using distcc.

I'm like a virgin in her very first time on this setup. I don't know if using sun fire machine will improve speed to compile pkgsrc packages... ;P

I recovered this damage server magically... runs but videocard and ilo doesn't. Power down eated by motherboard ;(
I was wondering if I should share the complete system I have built ( microsd NetBSD dump) ... would need some privacy cleanup though Smile but Im ok .. .interested ?
Bad news, my build server breaks again and I can't recover it ;(

I'll looking for help of my jobmates... perhaps have a multicore server to make distcc...

Hello!

I just booted image from http://www.invisible.ca/arm on pinebook 1080.
TTY console ( really nice font!) and external wifi dongle are OK

But I got terrible PWM flicker after startx ((((

I saw amazing videos from astr0baby DOOM gameplay, various X staff, etc

How to setup for such nice graphics?
