I see a note on the wiki indicating that the Clusterboard "is not "OSH" compliance.:".
Is this because the design of the board (schematics, etc.) are not open-source or that some of the components (Ethernet switch, etc.) are not open?

Yeah, that's why that note in the Wiki confused me.
I just want to make sure I don't use the design improperly and end up violating someone's rights by accident

Just a disclaimer due to some project we released source file and some are not (just PDF file).
