I am trying to find the Linux headers for the Armbian LTS image. Are those available somewhere?

The armbian website is timing out for me, but google cache seems to indicate the package is called linux-headers-pine64

yup, sudo apt-get ...

you can get more details on packages before installing by going apt search linux-headers-pine64
