Could you please explain how did you compile the file so I do not bother you again in the future?

Again big thanks for your support!

The source code is extracted from the deb file and placed into /usr/src/rtl8192eu-4.4.1 and every time the kernel changes it will rebuild the module from source.

yes I understand that, but how did you compile deb file from driver files taken from github? For instance I have GPS module I got the linux driver files, but what steps need to be taken to compile deb file for ease of installation in my linux?

I used the debian files from the rtl8812au driver that is in ubuntu repository and made some tweaks to it, like renaming in the files removing patches and running: ./debian/rules binary

I'm not sure if that will help with non realtek wifi drivers or not.
I bought the approved wifi dongle off the rock64 list and installed it the other day and it shows on debian as being online and It shows it connects with several wifi routers in the house but it will not work with firefox or chrome. I am not sure if it is getting data off the wifi but it shows it is connected. I can connect with firefox with eth0 or the wired conneection and it works great wired but the wifi don't . Any help or ideas would be great thanks.
