Is it possible to replace pinebook board with Raspberry Pi3 board? I am willing to spend time to deasamble the Pinebook laptop and put RPi3 board inside, but not sure if it will work.

It won't work. At the very least, you need a way to connect the LCD, which rpi doesn't have the appropriate ports for. Even if you manage to somehow connect the lcd and keyboard+touch to the rpi (and fit everything inside) you'd then end up with an issue of powering the device, since rpi doesn't have a power management IC (no way to charge the battery or switch from and to AC).
