I'd love to know what actual difference it makes to the antennas if the module is SDIO or PCIe. It's not like the wavelength changes, and power won't increase, just rate the data is sent/received at. Half think it's nonsense text that sometimes makes it into listings...
The more I read that warning at Amazon, I think that it is just warning about PCI-e and M.2 NGFF. And that it should have been : "NOTE: Only Use for MINI PCI-E and SDIO Interface, Do Not Use for M.2 (NGFF) Interface". Especially because in the product description further down ther's also written : "Remarks: Only use for Mini PCI-E Interface, CAN NOT USE FOR M.2 (NGFF) Interface.".
Also Luke confirms that the antennas work. That's more trustworthy than the Amazon warning.
Hi, do you know are HDMI TX and PHY controllers on RK3399 the same as on RK3328?
I'm interested in the PoE support that was mentioned in the original announcement but seemingly absent from the product pages. Will it be built in to the boards or will it require some adaptor/add-on?

The LAN magnetic is build into board and required an add-on adapter to complete the PoE function..

Thanks. It's a shame that it requires an add-on for PoE. I was hoping it'd be fully built in.
I would prefer an german keyboard for Pinebook Pro.
