There is no plan to release Stereo Audio add-on board for ROCKPro64.
That sucks. I guess I will have to stay with the Rock64 for my project.

RCA is just a connector just get an adaptor but loads now take 1.8V to 3.3V operation
What are the improvements of rockpro64 over rock64? Worth upgrading if just using as media player or no?

Rockpro64 has more powerful CPU and GPU. However, for media player and NAS area, just stay with ROCK64.

The ROCKPro64 USB-C port cannot act as power supply. Due to ROCKpro64 has PCIe slot which needs 12V supply.
What USB version is used to implement the Type-C port, or is its sole purpose to provide the DP signal ?
If USB is implemented behind the Type-C port does using it, with USB devices, sacrifice any of the other USB ports ?
