OSMC has an adjustment that you can use to shrink/expand the screen area. I'm not a huge android guy, but I've dug around and I can't seem to locate a setting that will do this. Anyone else have this issue?

Check your TV settings - I had same issue and I went and adjusted the scale in TV.
