Hi there,

I would also like to participate in the OS Development of your product. I am currently in school for Internet Communication Technology and would be delighted to participate in the early development stages of Pine64. I have experience working on Linux distros such as, ubuntu and kali.
This would be an awesome learning experience and side project that I would like to be apart of.

Please let me know how I can participate.

Cheers,

-j
In Chicago, can assist with Debian porting.
I've been developing kernel code since the '80s. I'd love to help with FreeBSD and OpenBSD.
I am a developer for Fedora, I have spent a lot of time with ARM and aarch64 support. I would like to ensure that Fedora can support the pine64
I'm an electrical engineer.  I did embedded systems years ago.  I'd be glad to help out.
Very interested in helping out. I have over 10 years experience working with C++. Most of this has been in embedded development. I would be happy to help out with this. Most of my Linux experience is with Debian systems.
Hello,

I'm fairly familiar with Debian/Ubuntu, and with RHEL/Fedora/CentOS
I run Kernel.is / ServerOS.org and do some of my own development work too.
For the download servers for ServerOS we use ARM CPUs with a modified version of Debian 8.2, and Nginx.
If we get a beta board; the first thing I would do is try to clone one of our existing ARM Servers to it,
and see if it will run on it's own like that.
If we run into a problem. I will find a work around to see what's going on.
But I'm fairly certain it should work with our Modified ARM version of Debian.

If you need to email me: beard@kernel.is
Thanks for your time,

Seeing as I've been able to get our 32Bit version ARM to run perfectly fine with a modified Version of Debian 8.2
I don't see how much harder it will be to get it to work with a 64Bit ARM processor.
