On 12th November I place my order and was shipped on 17th November, this is ok, but since 17th November has not arrived yet !!

Any problem with the mail packet ?

Looks like the Spain post office have not provid eteh shipment tracking info. If still not yet received on end of December, please fiel a support ticket at http://support.pine64.org.
