Please update mpp(libmpp.so) and other vpu files needed so HDR can work in Kodi 18.

Rock64 firmwares still use mpp from 2016.

Thanks on your discover and confirmed your finding is correct. We have inform Android engineer to update upcoming build using new mpp driver.

Please also test mpp with SPMC 17 .
It seems HDR then works in Kodi 18 but then not in SPMC 17 anymore with 'adjust display frame-rate to match video' setting set to 'start/stop'. When using older mpp, Apr-Aug instead of latest one then HDR is working in SPMC, so sometime after that a bug happened. I'm not sure if other firmware files or kernel drivers also need to be updated to work better in combination with latest mpp file.
Not sure if it is code changes needed in SPMC or mpp that need to be modified to support SPMC better also?
