I've shorted the pins and hooked up a USB-USB cable (top port) and I'm getting "no devices found". I have a jumper installed as well.
Any idea what I might be doing wrong? When I plug the USB cable in I see "unkown device" in windows

Please install the "DriverAssitant_v4.5" package first so that ROCK64 can be recognize as USB device. Here is the link:

I have this issue too.
Drivers installed, the only cause may comes from using this: USB A - micro USB B <-> micro USB B /USB A adapter.
Rock64 powered up (+ eMMC module in place and jumper), cable connected, windows 7 does not even detect device.
