About My Rock64 occurred kernel panic.
I bought four Rock64 board.
2 of 4GB model,2 of 2GB model.
Other 3 boards works well.
One of 4GB model occurrd this problem every time.
Im using newest xenial-minimum and xenial-mate on MicroSD.
Power supply to GPIO 5V and GND by iPad Pro's 5V 2.4A charger.
But other 3 board work well under same MicroSD,OS image, charger.
So I think comatibility problem(or initial failure?)

I know how to fix this problem.
Sorry my bad english and Thank you forum member
Does the board panic using all SD cards ? If so, and if all SD card work in the other boards, then we can assume a hardware failure this one board; open a support ticket.
Before you do that; check the board over with a glass, or scope (eye piece), to determine if any solder balls are left on the board from mfg; this does occur unfortunately ( I actually had one board with this problem ). Carefully check all spaces, pins, around all chips, in every connector; also look for solder bridges.

Thank you for reply.
I tried samsung, toshiba, and sillicon power Micro SD card.
But it is not changed.
I saw using ocula glass,I look for solder bridge around surface mount resister.
But I dont know this is cause of this problem or not.

Yes, that is definitely a problem, but easily fixed !

Its actually very easy ( really ).
... you use a 25 watt soldering iron and a tooth pick. A hot air gun soldering station would be better, but if you don't have that ( they are pricey ) don't worry about it.
Basically you het the component carefully and you use the tooth pic to push it over where it belongs !
The pick&place robot slipped, or the component slipped in the oven. If you heat it and move it back it may work. Depends on whether any damage occurred.
Make sure YOU don't create any solder bridges ( you can used solder braid to clean it up if you do ).
( just don't do that )
Give it a shot; like my old boss used to say, you can't break broke.
