Chromium OS is already "work in progress" by "Chromium OS For All SBC".

(Chromium is just the browser!)

Windows 10 is not possible at the moment, because of missing ARM-support in Windows 10.

Android 6 is "work in progress" by Hahaburger (from this forum) with CyanogenMod 13.
