Yes latest version (Android 7.1 v0.3.5-r61). Did couple reboots, and I am thinking to switch back on Linux. I am also waiting for Remix OS, hopefully it will run faster.

Strange ... A 7.1 was very snappy for me ... even on a (fast) SD card.
I can confirm it reboots a lot, not very usable system. Running from SD, did not install to eMMC.

Random reboots.
I had issues where coming out of sleep it would reboot after a short while, and when I had something trying to charge off the left usb port, it would crash randomly (though it kept charging when it wasn't crashing). Stopped using something high drain on the left port (I am using a wireless mouse for that) and it has been better.
which image number ?

edit: never mind, you are obviously referring to the image here ... try one of the pre-release images from ayufans git ?

How to perform update of Android, for an example with this prerelease? I don't want to lose apps and all what I already configured.

Is this sufficient: pine64_upgrade_android.sh /dev/mmcblk1 android-7.1 0.3.11
If I understand it, when I want to install it to emmc, I just have to grab the installer file from ubuntu img, modify it, copy it to sdcard with A7.1, boot it and run that script?

Yes. DeleteĀ theĀ ubuntu image on the installer and rename the A7.1 image to whatever the ubuntu image is called (IIRC its Pinebook.img).
