I received my invitation for the 11" on April 26 and promptly paid for it via paypal and got an order confirmation.
Today, on the 27th I got a message that the 11" are out of stock but it appears to be a general message. Does this mean that there is an 11" model with my name on it already in the queue or does this mean that I didn't make the cutoff and I need to reorder a 14" model?

I'd wait...I keep seeing there's supposed to be another shipment going out May 5th on the main web site. Yours might be in there!

What I still don't know is if the out of stock warning even applied to me or not? The email was vague.

The 11" LCD panel in severe shortage. There are still some LCD panel left on April production but may not have enough volume to turn on the production line. We are currently checking with factory whether they willing to turn on production for this small quantity together with 14" production run. If the respond is positive, we will make a very small batch of 11" Pinebook for the people that already order. If factory not willing to do, we will approach the 11' Pinebook buyer and asking switch to 14" order.
