Is it possible to change the boot animations in any of the currently released Android images? I used to change them on my phone's years ago after rooting, just wondering if it can be done on these builds.

What file gets replaced?

I had more luck with an app than I did manually doing this but supposedly all you need to do is replace bootanimation.zip with your own. It lives in /system/media/. I was using ES File Explorer and clicked on Local > Device > system > media. http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/how-...ion-guide/ Might be better than explaining this.
