Hi all

"We currently provide two types of frequency ranges: 868MHz for EU and 908MHz for US. We will produce 921Mhz for Australia/New Zealand region when there is enough request."

Just wanted to register my request for a 921Mhz z-wave module, this would make Pine64 a great choice here. If anyone else is interested please voice your support here too

Cheers
I am in Australia too and have pledged, didn't realise there might be a user issue. Do I have to request a 921 module?

The problem is order quantity. If the quantity is small, it is very expensive to build. Just EMI testing alone already several thousand dollars.
+1 for 921MHz version.
+1 for 921MHz version. Aussie here as well. Smile
I will explore on small quantity build.
Ok understand.
What frequency range will be needed for use in Thailand?

It looks like there is a recommendation to go with the EU version in Thailand (it doesn't have its own frequency reserved). Source

Thank you very much, that would be great!

Should we hold off replying to the surveys while you explore this possibility, do you think?

1. The Thailand using EU version.

2. You can hold off for two weeks, I will check with Mitsumi (ZWave model vendor) whether they can provide small volume quantity.
One thing i noticed is that when i picked the z wave module on the Backerkit site, it said it was a 400 series chip but on the Kickstarter project it says z wave Plus which should denote the 500 series chip.  Which one is it?
