PINE64

Hello, anyone know if it's possible to change the boot logo of the Android 5.1.1? I use the pine on my car so I would like to have the brand logo of my car instead of the PINE64 logo

We have only been able to build the Android image outside of control from the Pine engineers THIS WEEK.

I've changed the boot animation on mine. I believe you have to have a rooted version to do it. Found a Star Trek LCARS boot animation I liked and replaced the bootanimation.zip file in system/media folder. If you want the animation file I used I can upload it tonight after I get home from work.

Did you use any special format for the bootanimation.zip? I'm having trouble doing it manually.

easily to edit Android boot logo is use  Allwinner DragonFace software , but don't know have the new version  can work now?
maybe you  find tllim  , the wiki 2.2.5 is old version

i remember this Allwinner DragonFace software is input  Android  PhoenixCard image file to edit logo and for the long time ago ,   i tried it to use Android 5.1.1 image is not work!

I used ROM Toolbox to change mine. it even has a gif converter but as a heads up it doesn't always output the best animation
