Hi,

I haven't received my Pine64 yet even after more than 1.5 month.
There is no update on the tracking page since last one month. Here is my tracking "RI894380179CN"

Any updates on this matter? How to claim refund for this? I tried to contact Pine64 support email but no response.
hi, sorry for your frustrations, the store update page clearly states that orders placed in may will not ship until mid July, and the process can take 10 days after that. The board is worth the wait; so be patient, sit tight, and before you know it there will be a super computer on an index card in your post box.

In the mean time, you can download the image of choice, I personally recommend gnu+linux (debian mate 102bsp kernel) and install it correctly on an SD card of choice, I would recommend Samsung Class 10 Evo+ 32Gb cards.

After checking your delivery status on Aftership, it seems your package was shipped on 31st March and has been held in customs since April 16th:

This situation needs to be addressed and hopefully TL Lim will see your message soon and offer some assistance.

Where it says Tracking number expired and its been 3 months also. Write PM to TLLim.

Your shipment seems like held by your country custom at Kolkata. In general, they should contact you when they hold your shipment. You can file inquiry about this case thru India post office.

Hi Tllim,
We tried to contact India Post office many times. They replied same on the matter. They do not have any parcel with them with this tracking no.

We were really not hoping that you will ship this item through Post Service at a cost of 10USD. We were expecting through something like DHL/Fedex/UPS.

Please check whether your KS order number on thsi list, we probably already re-ship to you on last week.
