Consider this a possitive... my last shipment was missing stuff too (mainly the boards, and the LCD screen);
... its a good thing (they are shipping what they have) and you know that they have not forgotten you ! right?
So, sit tight, and everything should be there soon. I was noticing on the shipping update page that orders placed in May will not ship before mid July .

I will checked. If the shipping weight is more than 2KG, two shipment may split to two shipments.

hi Marcus, he said backer #, so not an order waiting to ship. I'm hoping the delays in store shipping is to finish getting all the backer stuff finally sorted out.
I know I'm still missing a few items as well. They should have been in my second shipment, but were not. I've emailed and also sent PM to TL, still waiting to get it solved. TL responded 06/27 that he would look into it, but still waiting to hear back. I'm sure he'll get it solved, but sometimes being patient is not enough, if they are not aware that stuff is missing. I had to reach out initially in early June to TL to get my second shipment of stuff sent (it seems my add-ons were actually forgotten). I'm just trying not to hammer him with requests at this point, but friendly reminders rather, to get my last few pieces. Luckily, they are just accessories, not boards missing.

The shipping facility having issue to retrieve your info base on backer number. Please PM me your name and address so that we will make the retrieve attempt.
I also received an order with that was missing one of the 3 pine 64 boards I ordered. My order came with 2 of the 2GB boards but not the 1GB board that I ordered. I emailed support but haven't heard back.
I'm also missing stuff. I did not get the IoT+ package I backed, missing:
8GB MicroSD Pre-Loaded with openHAB software,
Z-Wave Plus IO Card,
and the PINE64 Enclosure.
At least. I can't figure out how to access the backerkit stuff (I added to the initial IoT+ package).
I'm backer 6,240.

Edit 2: I got an answer. It's just not shipped yet, it's still in production.
