I just saw you joined the chat (at 4.00am hence no answer). The image you are linking is dated 2016-07-13 so whatever it is, its not new. Also, Raspbian ?

[edit] so upon a closer inspection, it seems is to be a banana pi m64 image. Where did you get this thing?
[edit 2] So yea, it boots. And yea, uses RPI repos and runs 3.10.101 kernel. I will set up a VNC server and take a look at it next.
[edit 3] It boots into the (old) RPI desktop. It also has raspi-config (most settings don't work) and other utilities.
[edit 4] update scripts are in /usr/local/bin --- haven't tried updating.
If anything, this is an interesting finding ...
