Wifi 802.11BGN/ Bluetooth 4.0 Module
#1
Hello everyone

I just logged in into the forum using Pine64+ 1GB board with the "Wifi 802.11BGN/ Bluetooth 4.0 Module".

Also I am using the Debian Jesse with the Mate desktop release dated 20160701

The module does bootup and the bluetooth icon appears in the upper right. But the wifi does not appear anywhere. I am missing something here?

Thanks for your help.

Jesse

The NetworkManager applet may not be displaying if your notification area is not on the panel. You can add the notification area with a right click on the panel then + Add to Panel and select notification area... the NetworkManager icon notifications should display there... are you sure you are using NetworkManager ?
