Can't Boot from MicroSD (What Am I Missing)

Where did you find the commands?

I successfully flashed Towboot to my PBP. However, I cannot boot Manjaro ARM from the SD card. There's no response from the system at all - no lights or anything. (There is no eMMC card in this machine).
