In focusing on most current events from July within this tracking information it quite clearly indicates that the Airline accepted the package in China on the 4th of July.  Then according to the log, On the 10th of July the aircraft takes off at 11:39 and lands again at 23:22 the same day, about a 12 hour flight.

At this point the package is in the status of 'In Transit' as it has been for the past 13 days.  As defined on the 17track.net site 'In Transit' is presented with this help context;

Item has shipped from originating country and is en route to its destination.
General explanation:
    Your package has been handed over to the carrier.
    Your package has been dispatched or departed from its country of origin.
    Your package has arrived its destination country and pending customs inspection.
    Your package has arrived its destination country and during domestic transportation.
    Your package is under another transportation period. For instance, it's in another country as a transit point and will be forwarded from there to its final destination country.
Please pay attention to detailed tracking information, if your item has arrived its destination country, we'd advise you to track it again within 1-2 days and observe the latest updates to ensure a smooth receipt of the package.

In paying close attention to the last sentence starting with "Please pay attention..", it is quite clear that this seems to be the state of Pine64 Order #243758 package AND I am being instructed to check back in 1 to 2 days to "ensure a smooth receipt of the package.".

On Sun 17 Jul 2022: In checking tracking information at https://t.17track.net/en#nums=LV526234165CN
No update to tracking information after 7 days AND 7 is quite more than 2.

On Thu, 21 Jul 2022 08:50:33 -0700 (PDT), 11 days since any tracking activity and a full 23 days since the order was actually shipped.  Due to total lack of response from Pine64.com I noted in my 4th email request I would need to contact my bank and have the transaction rolled back since pine64.com had not responded.

On Thu, 21 Jul 2022 11:35:02 -0700 (PDT), I received email notification with verifiable DKIM-Signature from Pine64.com that "Note added to your PINE STORE order from June 27, 2022":

I would think at this point a Chines company playing the "Blacklist" card on a long time US customer should be more than reason enough to decide in my favor in this case, however if you need more please continue reading....

In an attempt to provide more insight I should add a short note of additional context.:

I have been developing Unix software, and later hardware and firmware since 1982 starting with an Altos Model 586 server w/ serial text terminal and Altos Xenix Development Environment.  I have been an active element in these and other technologies ever since.

From 2010 to 2018 I spent 8 years as an employee with 'The Boeing Company' as a Software Developer Level 3 in Information Security, or more commonly known as Cyber Security.  I focused on HSM or Hardware Security Module integration technologies, however I did indulge in a number of SANS and other paid professional training at quite advanced levels.  I was as well required to qualify for and maintain a US Federal Department of Defense Secret Clearance for a number of projects I was associated with at Boeing.

I only state this to explain I do have a better than average understanding what "Blacklisting" is.

All of the above noted email interactions and below noted receipts of sale and notification of shipments and payments are available for examination and verification and can of course be provided in an archive dump of the original files upon request.

Blacklisting customers contact information is mostly considered Illegal in this country in that it indicates the seller is no longer willing to accept communication from the customer.  This then clearly means NO RMA Warranty, NO DOA Warranty, No replacement parts, No upgrades, and no Accessories moving forward from that moment on.

At the time that Pine64.com chose to send me notice of blacklisting I had 2 outstanding orders that had already been paid for however not yet delivered to my home and in the case of Order #245081, had not even shipped yet.

[Order #243758] (June 27, 2022) == $159.81
[Order #245081] (July 8, 2022)  == $257.99
--------------------------------------------------
Total refund REQUIRED              $417.80

On Fri, 5 Aug 2022 00:03:56 -0700 (PDT), I received email notification with verifiable DKIM-Signature from Pine64.com that "Order #245081 had been completed."
Tracking #7013975872 information provided as:
http://www.dhl.com/content/g0/en/express...7013975872

As noted in this timeline of events this action was taken by Pine64.com 15 days AFTER Blacklisting me and after my funds had already been returned to me. I cannot possibly be held responsible for the incompetence of Pine64.com after I have been Blacklisted.

On Sun, 7 Aug 2022 10:58:51 -0700 (PDT), I received email notification with verifiable DKIM-Signature from dhl.com with notice of:
'
Your DHL Express shipment with waybill number 7013975872 from PINE STORE LIMITED has been
delivered on Sun Aug 07 at 10:43.
'

Upon finding the gifted package from Pine64.com abandon on my doorstep, I discovered the device within to be defective!

After fully charging the device, attempting to power on the device showed activity from the LED indicators, however no activity or even noticeably visible power to the screen. As noted in the below list of my investment purchases in Pine64.com was [Order #177817] (March 30, 2021) 14″ PINEBOOK Pro LINUX LAPTOP (ANSI, US Keyboard) $219.99 Total: $252.99.  I.E. I already owned a Pinebook Pro before this newly gifted defective unit was delivered.  I was quite easily able to open the device and set the appropriate DIP switches to use the audio port on the device as a serial-UART mode port and using the Pinebook Pro Serial Console dongle I had purchase for my original unit I was able verify it was actually booting however the screen was not functional.  I was then able to verify the root cause as defective screen by swapping the screen (top clam-shell of laptop) with my know functional Pinebook Pro and was able to verify the new (defective) screen does NOT function on either laptop and both laptops work with my original screen.

So I have been gifted a defective product with no possibility for RMA or DOA service in that I have been blacklisted by the Chinese company that originally sold me the defective product before even receiving it.

In the action of notifying me my contact information is blacklisted, it is a quite clear statement that Pine64.com is demanding that I am to never contact pine64 again, and that any attempt to do so should be assumed delivered to /dev/null.  What is possibly more concerning is that if I were to try contacting after being blacklisted this may be viewed by pine64.com as an act of aggression on my part.

In my realm Pine64.com has effectively executed a "Zero Day Exploit" on my home hardware research and development environment.  My entire 2 year and $4,448.46 investment in the Pine64.com ecosystem is now effectively EOL (End Of Life) without any opportunity for redress or appeal!

This is because although Pine64.com is an "Open Source" hardware company, no other "board shops" are producing these products for individual consumer sale.  This effectively means that Pine64.com is a defacto monopoly and has sole control over product distribution.

This also means the "Blacklisting" of a customer and thus communication has effectively been denied to a paying customer after the sale of the product.  I own 3 Pine64 Clusterboards.  Each clusterboard can support up to 7 SOPINE or SOEDGE processor modules.  This means within my operating environment I am unable to purchase replacement modules or any other replacements, updates, or accessories for the products I have already invested in with Pine64.com.

I am NOT a "Company", and all of the funds I spend on my personal research and development hardware within my home environment are from my personal finances.  This is not a tax write-off for me, this is real money and real TIME invested in pouring thru the websites of Wikies to help uncover links to the documentation at a deep enough technical level to customize and apply these products to my needs, (as is the efforts of any/every person(s) purchasing these products).

This is a list of transactions reflecting my investments Pine64.com technologies since November 7th of 2020.  I have spent OVER $4,000 USD ($4,448.46 USD to be more on-point)!

Personally I do not have any such bad experience. I wish an answer and follow-up will come from pine64 that makes you forgive them.

Not a Pine Store employee but be aware that it is the community forum here, the Pine64 community has the top-level domain ".org" and the Pine Store Limited has the top-level domain ".com". As far as I know there is no blacklisting in the ticket system of the Pine Store Limited and OP wasn't blacklisted.

Generally speaking you shouldn't be worried if a package doesn't arrive, to my knowledge the Pine Store usually does resolve that properly. But since there are no or very low win margins on most devices (so developers can buy the hardware at low cost) it also mean there is very limited resources for support and the communication isn't as user-friendly as some people wish because the user simply doesn't pay for that - otherwise the devices would be sold for a much higher price, see https://www.pine64.org/2019/08/19/its-ti...ving-back/.

I strongly recommend to keep communication with the Pine store folks plain and objective, as there is a language barrier and creating a chaos with tickets and mails isn't helping the situation of the spare support resources.

If a package doesn't arrive in time (which can be multiple weeks and up to two or three months in case of the slow shipping), simply open a ticket under https://support.pine64.org. The same applies if you're planning to move in the near future while an shipment is pending.

For general shipping questions I suggest to always ask in the bridged community channel: https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/Main_Page#Chat_Platforms

You know it's funny, you think with the talk around them that their products would be the most open but he's right. I have fucking clue when and they messed up the pinebook pro but by the time I got one it was impossible to boot just from an SD card without some firmware on the emmc. I eventually sold it to someone on Reddit but wiped it of my data and the thing wouldn't boot anymore. I let the buyer know that he'd probably need an emmc flasher and he still took it (they hadnt made any in months). It's a stupid problem for a Linux single board computer to have and I didn't know why until I read this post
