Hate doing this - but have had no response from shipping in 26 days on an order placed in October outside a message saying that this is Hong Kong's problem.

Anyone know how to get a response from these folks?

Update - a week later not a word from anyone - Ya'll still in business? Anyone work there?

Except for the Pine64's founder, TL Lim, nobody from the Pine64 "company" reads or replies to posts here.

If you haven't already try opening a support ticket: https://desk.zoho.com/portal/pine64/en/home

Or try an e-mail to sales

NB the "company" may or may not be still closed while Chinese New Year
