Kickstarter but no Pine.....

Here the last thing I have the support written:

Dear support-team!
I am writing regarding to your answer concerning my computer, that has
never come to me.
I have already written with the BackerKit service. They have told me to
contact your support.
Because it is obviously, that there are some issues with sending my
computer to me, I am asking you for my money.

Hi.

From inputting your details into Aftership (https://track.aftership.com/RI894213321CN), it seems your parcel has gotten stuck in the system and never made it past the Chinese delivery office. 

Hopefully this problem can get rectified soon. Hang in there!

From Aftership post, seems like arrive Austria on May 30 after struggle with China security loop. I havwe post this request to shipping facility and will make a reship decision on next week.
