RP64 Won't Boot After Power Down

can you share some details about how you set that up.    I mean which pins of 555 to which pins on RP64.  How to enable that 1sec every 3 with disable on 3.3V.  Any circuits elements you had to add acheive that (resistors, transistors, caps etc.)
