Mobian screen dims

Ok thanks! When you have time, could you please read through https://gitlab.com/mobian1/issues/-/issues/3 and replicate the measurements other people did?
(basically, every in_proximity_* files, both with the stock and custom kernel mentioned in the thread)

This would be helpful in trying to understand what's going on here (no hurry, it won't be solved overnight anyway).

I have exactly the same issue with my BH PinePhone trying to run the latest Mobian.

The login screen works perfectly, but then it turns grey. I can then press the power button a couple of times and use the login screen again, which is correctly drawn on the screen, but then as soon as I unlock, it's a grey screen again.

I obviously haven't been able to setup a WiFi connection yet for it - does the USB connection allow for a SSH connection on a plain Mobian image? I cannot get to a point where I can install anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I replaced my screen recently and forgot to move the "divider" to the new one at first.
After swapping them the issue is gone.
