Slightly better pineaudio program!

Here's a slightly improved pineaudio program. It's based on one of the older releases that I know to be good.

This is useful if you're trying to run a desktop oriented GUI/distro but need call audio to work, like me.

Generally, you have to run pineaudio twice to get call audio working. Once without a '2', and the second time with a 2.
This version fixes that so you only need to run the '2', and it increases the default volume, as well as offers a way to easily increase volume further.

Add a '+' to double the volume for all enabled components. Previous versions would set the speakerphone to a low volume which was a problem for me and a pain to manually readjust.

So, e.g. ./pineaudio -sm2+ enables call audio speakerphone with a high volume.

It's a tiny fix, but its absence is annoying enough I figured I'd post it here.

Man, it would be great if you could ELI5 that for me. I'm good at following directions, not so good at winging it, and it will help me learn how to get into the guts of my phone. Thanks.
