According to the USPS, lithium batteries can only be shipped from overseas if they are part of a product and electrically isolated.

There are countries not governed by DOT and PHMSA regulations. Do all countries have similar regulations?


PS: stamps.com is not USPS and the link provided just discusses shipping lithium batteries to oversees and not the other way around.
